Hi, I'm Carly, a New Jersey native and owner and founder of reign & hale. As a professional dancer, group fitness instructor, model and someone navigating through autoimmune issues, I've come to find that life brings such wonderful joys, and can also prove to be very overwhelming. Although stress can have a negative impact on the body, I've found the importance of taking time to slow down, unwind, and find comfort.

This is why I wanted to create and share comfort clothes that reminded me of my childhood with Saturday morning cartoons and cereal. Fusing iconic childhood phrases inspired by 90s cartoon references with the nostalgic feel and comfort of hoodies, crewnecks, joggers & beyond, you instantly get that throwback, feel good vibe.
